ケーキ教室

今日はお気に入りの紅茶のお店『ＤＯＤＯＫＯ』さんでのケーキ教室に参加して来ました。お盆ということと平日なのでマンツーマンでしっかり勉強させていただきました。先生も気さくなかたで楽しくおしゃべりし、試食を・・・・超おいし〜そんなわけで来月も予約しちゃいました。楽しくできてお値段もリーズナブル＆おみやげ付き最高ですよ。思わず写真もとらせてもらっちゃいました。今回はパンナコッタとマフィン（２種）href="http://koyomi10.up.seesaa.net/image/1AP1A5B1AL.JPG" target="_blank">P[L.JPG　P[LQ.JPG

昨日のことですが・・・

昨日は反省文になってしまったので、今日、きのうの出来事をかきます。
療養生活にはいって、すでに1年以上経過し、ひとりでいることが好きな私もさすがに不安になり、このまま職場復帰できなかったら・・・復帰しても使えない人になってたら・・・などなど。また出たネガティブ思考バッド（下向き矢印）
焦っちゃいけないけどこのままでは脳みそが流れ出しそうに・・そのときふと思い出したのが、先日娘と行った喫茶店にブリザードフラワーが展示されていてその横にかわいいパンフが置いてあったのを持って帰ってきたことを。
そこには体験レッスンの文字があり花が好きな私にもってこいだと、それも大勢の中ではなく先生の自宅サロンでのんびりとできるなんてまさにうってつけ　予約を入れサロンに向い作ってきました。ステキなお宅できさくな先生と大好きなお花　なんだか救われた気分でした。これも出会い。大事にしようと思ったきのうでした。

暑いですね

梅雨入り宣言が出てから、快晴が続いてますね。外で働く人、厨房で働く人、介護のお仕事をするかた　働く皆さん熱中症にはくれぐれも気をつけてくださいね。水分補給は忘れずに　こまめにね。塩分もね。
私は先週は体調が悪く暑くなると頭痛がひどく、からだのむくみがひどくなり、予約日ではなかったのですが、先生に連絡して診察してもらいました。採血等行いまた２９日に病院にいってきます。でも心は一人旅でもらったエネルギーのおかげで元気です。忙しくて旅行なんかという人も紹介する宿の画像をクリックして妄想旅行をしていれば、いつかきっと行かれる日がきます。願えば叶う手（チョキ）












だいぶ遅い時間になっちゃったけどおやすみなさい。眠い(睡眠)
